    About Me

I am an adjunct faculty and a senior IT professional. I enjoy teaching introductory physics courses for the evening program at University of South Carolina. My other job description includes managing several large (petabyte scale) cloud data centers which span three continents for a leading global IT services company, EMC2.

    Teaching

A list of courses I have taught are in my teaching page.

    Research

My area of research is High Energy Physics. My post-doctoral research was collaborating on ATLAS experiment, at CERN Large Hadron Collider. Our focus was on measuring the properties of the heaviest quark (top quark) and searching for new physical phenomena with a strong connection to it. Here is a list of my publications.

My Ph.D dissertation was searching for a Higgs boson at Fermilab's DØ experiment. It was discovered at the LHC in July 2012.
