ACCESS
Log in as you would on Blackboard.
In theory you can change your LONCAPA password, but DON'T DO IT. Please! The class list gets updated frequently from the central USC computer and your work could be lost if you change passwords or username.

NAVIGATION
Upon successful log-in, you can work with the main menu in the main window. It provides access to the various features of LONCAPA.
After log-in, you will get a screen that list available courses. Select your course. It may be the only one listed. Just click on select and you will go to the navigation page for the course.
The COM button allows you to COMmunicate by sending internal mail -- email within LONCAPA; NAV helps NAVigate quickly through the material for the course; EXIT will log you out of the system -- a requirement if you do not want someone else accessing your account. Do Not change your password by clicking PREF!!

COMMUNICATIONS
LONCAPA has a built-in communication support. Use it.
