All lunches and dinners during the conference will be paid for by ECT*, which covers meals, provided that they are taken accordingly to the program of the workshop. All attendees may receive at least partial reimbursement of their lodging expenses. If you are living outside the US you have to complete a wire transfer form. If you are living in the US you have to provide the address your check should be mailed to. In both cases you need to submit the requested information with your hotel receipt by email (preferred) to Sam Beals beals@mailbox.sc.edu or by mail to Sam Beals, University of South Carolina, Department of Physics and Astronomy, 712 Main Street, Columbia, SC 29208, USA.
